Salary context
Most sponsored roles use the Skilled Worker route. Since 22 July 2025 the general salary threshold is £41,700 a year, or the occupation's “going rate” — whichever is higher. Health and Care roles have separate, lower thresholds. A sponsor licence does not change these thresholds: each individual job at PB Stores Scotland Ltd t/a Pound Basket must still meet them.
Before you apply
- Confirm the licence above. This page is verified against the Home Office register — a licence means PB Stores Scotland Ltd t/a Pound Basket can sponsor, not that every vacancy will.
- Match the visa route. The specific job must fit one of the licensed routes listed above.
- Check the salary. The role must meet the Skilled Worker salary threshold or the occupation's going rate — whichever is higher.
