Most sponsored roles use the Skilled Worker route. Since 22 July 2025 the general salary threshold is £41,700 a year, or the occupation's “going rate” — whichever is higher. Health and Care roles have separate, lower thresholds. A sponsor licence does not change these thresholds: each individual job at BEC nurseries Limited t/a new amigos day nursery must still meet them.
