What the employer says about sponsorship
“Proactively mentor, sponsor and develop senior engineers and future leaders , multiplying your impact by enabling others to operate at a higher level. ✅ We can sponsor your visa.”
Quoted word-for-word from the employer’s advert — we never paraphrase silence into promises.
Monzo Bank Ltd holds a sponsor licence, but sponsorship for a specific hire is always the employer's decision.
Can this job sponsor your visa?
- ✓ Licensed sponsor — Monzo Bank Ltd is on the Home Office register (verified 1 October 2026).
- ! Role must qualify — the job itself must fit an eligible occupation and clear the salary threshold (£41,700 general floor since 22 July 2025, or the occupation going rate if higher).
- ! Their call — only Monzo Bank Ltd can assign a Certificate of Sponsorship. A licence means they can, not that they will.
